OKE Vacuum Solenoid Valve Overview

Imported vacuum solenoid valves are specialized valves installed on mechanical vacuum pumps, connected to the same power source as the pump. The pump's operation and shutdown directly control the valve's opening and closing. When the pump stops working or the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the valve automatically seals the vacuum system and introduces atmospheric air into the pump chamber through the valve's air inlet, thereby preventing pump oil backflow from contaminating the vacuum system. The electromagnetic vacuum valve with air charging function serves as a safety valve for mechanical vacuum pumps. It is installed at the intake port of the pump and operates synchronously with the pump. When the pump stops or the power is cut off unexpectedly, the valve closes automatically to maintain vacuum in the system while allowing atmospheric air to enter the pump chamber, thus avoiding reverse oil flow and contamination of the vacuum system. It is suitable for use with pure air or non-corrosive gases.

1. Due to its operation under vacuum pressure conditions, it cannot start under pressure and must use direct-acting solenoid valves. In contrast, conventional solenoid valves with pressure differentials typically employ pilot-operated types.

2. It demands extremely high leakage resistance, so gap sealing is not applicable; instead, highly airtight connections must be ensured.

3. The valve body is generally made of stainless steel.
